Our Mission
We're building pathways to global opportunities that transform lives, uplift communities, and address critical skills gaps around the world.

Our Story
Velocity was founded in 2024 with a simple vision: to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity across borders.
Our founding team witnessed firsthand the paradox of skilled professionals in Africa and Asia unable to find suitable work, while European countries faced critical workforce shortages in the same fields.
Velocity is pioneering a new approach to global talent mobility. We're building a comprehensive platform that facilitates labor mobility, skills development, and global career advancement. Our journey begins with a pilot program connecting Kenyan healthcare workers with German employers, marking the first step in our mission to transform how talent moves across borders.
Our Core Values
These principles guide everything we do - from program design to daily operations.
Unlock Opportunity
We exist to unlock opportunity—amplifying each person's unique drive and potential while breaking down barriers for employers to hire exceptional talent.
Technology-Driven Access
We embrace technology as a tool to democratise access and reach impact at scale.
Transparency & Trust
We are transparent because skilled workers deserve real opportunities, businesses thrive when they can rely on a consistent and predictable workforce, and scale requires research and replication.
Quality Without Compromise
We prioritize excellence, pursuing the highest standards for quality and continuous improvement in everything we do.
Act With Urgency
We move fast, take risks, and act with urgency—because real solutions to the labour crisis can't wait.
Collaborative Impact
We believe big challenges are best solved together, so we uplift, leverage, and connect partners to achieve greater impact.
Our Vision
Our vision is to facilitate labor mobility pathways for 10 million workers from low and middle-income countries(LMIC) to OECD countries over the next 25 years.
Meet the People Behind Velocity
